Our services are open and available to everyone. Any person needing assisted ambulatory, wheelchair or stretcher transportation services can use PrimeCare for non emergency transport. Our typical rider is medically stable, yet still requires assistance or oversight. For example, a resident of a nursing home who has recently been released from the hospital could use our service to return to the nursing home. Or perhaps a chronically ill patient might need medical transportation to get to a doctor appointment.

If You Need Non-Medical Transportation Services, PrimeCare is here for you.

PrimeCare is completely open to the general public, which ironically is considered a private-pay customer. So call it what you want, but many times transportation is set up directly by the patient/rider, a spouse, family member, care-taker, even power of attorney.

Many times our services are unknown and unseen until there is a fall, a break, a stroke or other serious medical events, then suddenly you start asking how can I get to my doctor appointment, how can I get to a scheduled surgery or discharged from hospital?

One the other end, are what we call leisure trips, those transports that are for fun or convenience. There is increasing demand for assisted transportation for those who may be frail, unsteady, have memory issues, or need help with transfers into out of wheelchairs. Our professional drivers are the best choice for making sure your loved one is properly taken care of from point A to point B.
